Terre dei Etna Rosso 2022 is a beautifully expressive Sicilian red born from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna, where ancient lava soils and high-elevation vineyards create wines with striking elegance and energy. Most Etna Rosso wines are based primarily on the native Nerello Mascalese grape, often blended with a small percentage of Nerello Cappuccio. The 2022 vintage has been widely praised for its balance of bright fruit, savory spice, and smoky minerality, giving the wine a style many compare to a cross between Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo.  

In the glass, expect aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry, dried orange peel, violets, herbs, and volcanic earth, layered with hints of spice, incense, and crushed stone.
