Heinrich ‘out of the dark’ Red

Heinrich “Out of the Dark” is a biodynamic Austrian red wine made from Blaufränkisch. It’s light, juicy, and vibrant, with fresh red and dark berry notes (like sour cherry and blackberry), hints of herbs and dried flowers, and a zesty acidity. The palate is silky with fine tannins and a subtle mineral edge. Made with whole bunch fermentation in amphora, it’s youthful, expressive, and best enjoyed slightly chilled. Great with grilled meats, roasted veggies, or Mediterranean spices.
