The 2019 vintage shows deep garnet/purple colour and opens with aromas of black-currant, cassis, graphite/pencil-lead, dark plum, violets and cedar. On the palate it delivers full-to‐medium/full body, refined yet firm tannins, excellent depth of flavour and a long mineral-infused finish. The fruit intensity is balanced with fresh acidity and classic Pauillac structure.

This wine is built for the long haul. Most reviewers suggest allowing 6-10 years before it hits its stride (so earliest drinking around ~2025-2028) and it can evolve gracefully for decades. 
It would pair beautifully with classic steak bordelaise, roast lamb, aged hard cheeses or even richer game dishes—anything that complements its structure and depth.
