Ramón Bilbao Limited Edition 2019 is a bold, modern Rioja made from 100% Tempranillo, sourced from high-altitude vineyards near Haro. Aged 14 months in new French and American oak and 10 months in bottle, it balances ripe black fruit (plum, blackberry) with layers of spice, cocoa, herbs, and smoky oak.

On the palate, it’s full-bodied yet fresh, with polished tannins, bright acidity, and a long, flavorful finish. It’s structured enough to age 5–8 years but approachable now. Style: Smooth, intense, fruit-forward Rioja with a refined oak touch.

Best with: Grilled meats, smoked dishes, cheeses, or spiced cuisine.
