Gimonnet-Gonet L’Origine Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru

Gimonnet-Gonet L’Origine Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Brut is a pure expression of Côte des Blancs Chardonnay, sourced from five Grand Cru villages including Oiry, Chouilly, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The wine blends 30–45% reserve wines and ages on the lees for up to three years, gaining depth.

In the glass, it shows pale gold color and fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and white flowers mingle with subtle brioche and chalky minerality. The palate is precise and lively, balancing crisp citrus and orchard fruit with creamy texture and a saline, elegant finish. This Champagne is a refined, terroir-driven Blanc de Blancs that shines alongside oysters, shellfish, or delicate seafood dishes.
