François de Nicolay’s Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a red wine that exemplifies the purity and elegance of Pinot Noir from Burgundy. Sourced from biodynamic and organic vineyards near Savigny-Lès-Beaune, the grapes undergo whole-bunch fermentation and are aged for 12 months in oak barrels, enhancing the wine’s complexity. The 2020 vintage features a bright purple hue with fresh aromas of crushed plums. On the palate, it offers a smooth, spicy profile with ripe fruit flavors and a lingering, juicy finish.  Certified organic, this wine is best enjoyed between 2024 and 2026.
