Crafted entirely from Xinomavro grapes in Amyndeon, northern Greece, this wine balances vibrancy and approachability with striking finesse. On the nose it offers red fruit like strawberry and cherry, alongside herbal hints characteristic of Xinomavro. The palate is juicy and refreshing, with lively acidity counterpointed by a gentle touch of sweetness — rich fruit tones persist, yet the wine finishes with elegance and clarity.
